Detailed Environmental Plan (DEP)

The main objective of this DEP is to accurately identify the existing and/or potential negative

environmental and social impacts within the influence area of the ongoing electricity

generation activity at the Yarucaya Hydroelectric Power Plant operated by Huaura Power Group

S.A, to facilitate the compliance of such activity with current environmental obligations and

regulations, and to propose environmental management strategies that can mitigate and/or

compensate for these impacts.
